Service Description
Reserve dedicated shop time for a full vehicle diagnostic and inspection. Your car will be placed on the lift, scanned with advanced tools, and test-driven if needed. Our technicians will generate a detailed Vehicle Health Report with findings and recommendations tailored to your vehicle, and concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Registration: MV116282 Woytek Auto & Offroad LLC — Advanced Diagnostic Appointment Policy By scheduling an Advanced Diagnostic appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Diagnostic Authorization You authorize Woytek Auto & Offroad LLC to perform advanced diagnostic testing, system scanning, electrical evaluation, and related inspection procedures necessary to identify the cause of your concern. The Advanced Diagnostic service fee is $180.00. Diagnostic charges apply once testing is initiated and are non-refundable once performed. Written Estimate Rights (Florida Law – Chapter 559) Under Florida law, you are entitled to a written estimate if the final repair bill will exceed $150. By scheduling this appointment, you acknowledge that the $180 diagnostic fee exceeds $150 and you are requesting and approving this written estimate for diagnostic services only. No additional repairs will be performed without your separate written or oral approval. Additional Repair Authorization If further repairs are recommended following diagnosis, a separate written estimate will be provided for approval before work begins. Cancellation Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to appear, may result in a $100 cancellation/no-show fee. This fee accounts for reserved technician time and lost scheduling availability. Storage Policy Vehicles not picked up within three (3) calendar days after completion notification may incur storage fees of $50 per calendar day. Workmanship Warranty If repair services are later approved and performed, Woytek Auto & Offroad LLC provides a 90-day limited workmanship warranty on labor performed by our shop. Full warranty terms are provided on the final invoice and service documentation.
