Reel Legacy™ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reel Legacy™ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Reel Legacy™.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

Reel Legacy™ offers a paid subscription (“Reel Legacy Membership”) that unlocks premium features within the app.

Billing Platforms

Subscriptions are processed through:

Apple App Store (iOS)

Google Play Store (Android)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing or Canceling

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Apple App Store → Account → Subscriptions

Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions

After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Access to the Service

Certain features of Reel Legacy™ require an active subscription.
Without an active subscription, access to premium tools and content may be restricted.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or create within Reel Legacy™, including stories, media, and archives.

By using the Service, you grant Reel Legacy™ a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We use trusted third-party services (such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google) to provide authentication, storage, subscriptions, and analytics.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Reel Legacy™ is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all features will always be available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Legacy™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
